Nicole Celeste

Nicole is the Client Services Manager for Tampa Bay Insurance. She has been in the insurance industry for 18 years and part of the agency team since 2009. Many of you know her as the cheerful and professional person at the front desk and on the phone answering service-related calls/issues. Even though she is a licensed 220 sales agent, she realized her passion was on the customer service side of the business. She feels it is important to build a good relationship with the clients and provide them with the same customer service she would expect for herself or family.

Married for 20 years to Chuck, Nicole is the mother of three beautiful girls and loves being a grandmother. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends (including Boxer Rocky), working out at the gym, going to the beach, and reading suspense thrillers.
